Nice use of all the old metal models and cool painting style! Very unique, keep it up!

    Then there were six

I actually took a bunch of individual shots but there's something going awry with my camera setup. I might go back to the old way of doing it. Should have another three finished by weekend.

LAST DAY OF WORK IN 2017 TOMORROW!!!!!!!! :-)

Looks great, the rust and wear on the metal bits are fantastic. Love how it looks like the metal bits on the shield have worn off/rusted the wood beneath. Really sells it.

Re: Infrequently Updated Mutant Beastmen Army Project

    Thank you both :-)

I like doing the weathering and corrosion. It's like telling a story.

    Then there were nine

    Twenty to go!

Should have the next three done this weekend.

Great looking unit. I really like how you varied the skin (pelt?) colour from model to model.

Re: Infrequently Updated Mutant Beastmen Army Project

    Thank you both! :-)

    Twenty six done

Shunned by kith & kin, his body mutated by the warping power of chaos, he found refuge with the herd

Only three more to do. One should be easypeasy, one involves a banner which I want to go fiddly on, and the other might need redoing completely.

I HOPE to get them done before the year is up :-)

Thanks for looking and enjoy the rest of the week folks!

Re: Infrequently Updated Mutant Beastmen Army Project

Cheers! Some came out better than others, but the good thing about a unit of thirty is you can hide the ones you're not too happy about at the back :-)

FINISHED!!!!!! (at 1:30 New Year's Day)

And altogether along with the "30th" that I did a few years ago, on the far left of the photo

I've got an idea for a design to stick on the banner. I'll dirty it up after I've applied it. I'm going to do an army shot when I can, and also take a photo or two of the odd individual miniature.

Thanks for looking folks, and Happy New Year!
