333rd Elysian 'Night Eagles'-now includes Deathwatch

Well i've finally managed to get a decent camera, so I can now start on blogging my Elysians.

The Night Eagles are famed for their 'Dark Ops' surgical strikes, usually dropping in under cover of darkness, taking and holding objectives until such time as heavier forces can reach the objective and hold it, allowing the 333rd to redeploy.

Onto the blog itself, the list will eventually look like this:

added to this is an Ordo Xenos Inqusitor (who will be using Solomon Lok's model and retinue rules), they will be transported in an Aquila Lander, also longer term will be the addition of a full Assassin Execution Force for all of the major Temples and some Deathwatch!!

Actually, half of them were procured via Ebay, so the house isn't mortgaged and i still have all 3 of my kidneys

WOW, great looking army there. I just love what you can do when you put your mind to getting figgies second hand.

BTW, would you be willing to sell the metal origional assassin model??

My mom has mine in alberta as its become part of her 'christmas village' because every town needs a town assassin right?

I really look foward to seeing this painted up. I was going to do something along the same lines as you, but the metal sisters won out in the end.

Nah I just got the assassin the other day, he's part of the Eversor Execution force and one of my favourite all time models.

Have put a little bit of paint on a Sentinel so hopefully a decent update tomorrow.

Not quite a ressurection, the elysian are in storage awaiting a move to a place where i can work on then, however in their stead is the beginning of a project i have wanted to do ever since 2004 namely as many Deathwatch marines as i can possibly do whilst using unique sculpted chapter symbols.

Here's the 1st of the new force, Librarian Anthion of the Jade Scarab chapter, shown from the front and side, he has a pistol holster, so can either have a Bolt or Plasma Pistol as required

Next we have a White Scar, i'm have tempted to name him Sar Af after the character in Salvation's Reach, and have Eadwine and Hollowfurnace (Sp) join him in the Deathwatch all with their Boarding Shields, he is at a basic stage currently, he still needs cleaning up, his Bolter and some affectations to make him more interesting
