Love the old school business you've got. The vampire and ghosts are fantastic. The chaos champs will be cool to see.![]()

Glad folks like the Chaos Champions. Going to try and get one finished today. Hopefully, I'll be able to post an update later. May throw in my Zombies as well.
Some updates
Firstly my Dark Elf Spearmen and WIP on the Dragon (ignore the horns, I'm going to repaint them)
Next up my first 10 Zombies and Vampire Lord (with thanks to Coldblood666 for saying that this works)
And finally WIP on a Tzeentch Champion.

Very nice work on both dark elves and zombies. I've got one of those dwarves, btw.![]()

Your nurgle ogres look great and your dark elves are fantastic. Really digging the paint scheme.

@Tzarinchilla: Thanks. Really pleased with my Dark Elves' scheme. Especially after painting a whole army using a scheme I wasn't happy with once it was done.
I'm glad you posted the Blood Dragon/Chaos steed combo, 'cause I've been wanting to see how that looks. And it looks very nice. I'll have to whip one of those up when I get my Terrorgheist.
However, you really need to scrape those Chaos symbols off of the steed, unless your fluff involves some sort of elaborate Chaos Knight-turned-Blood Dragon justification. Chaos iconography is really distinctive, and it looks very out of place on the wrong model.
@Balerion: That Blood Dragon is a mere mock-up (I should've explained that in my brief description). I can assure you that the chaos stars have already gone and some of the dangly-bits (oo-er!) from the Zombie Dragon kit have been glued on.
I don't know how i missed this blog... It certainly wont happen again![]()
That hydra face is great. I'm filing away what you did on the eye there in my mental painting technique drawer.

WIP Ogre for this years ToFP
A Daemonette. Nothing to do with the ToFP, merely a painting distraction to break up the monotony.

Ogre is looking awesome. The flesh tone and wooden barrel are both particularly cool.
The legs on the Daemonette look brilliant, but I think the claws and corset could do with something extra. Another purple wash perhaps?
The dragon looks awesome.
And the purple bit under the ogre's eyes is a great touch.

@lew_b81 - Thanks. The Daemonette isn't finished yet, so have no fear
@EmperorNorton - Thanks. I think I'll add a bit more purple on the bridge of his nose as you can't really see it all that well. I'm going to try to get that Dragon finished as soon as possible as it's 2 months worth of entries into the tale. That should give me a bit of breathing room before crushing you in a friendly way![]()
i like all of your armies! Your paintings are really nice.
One querstion, what is the tale of fantasy painters???
Thanks for the compliments.

Great painting, the picture of your DE spearmen went straight into my "inspiration folder", you really made them look good.
Cheers,
