As-salamu 'aleikum!
Really nice conversions, espescially the big shootas (well I tried this way also with some clothes around the glued parts). Yours look neat and exact.
Go on please![]()

Red Nidz, some inquisitorial staff and... a mushroom
Really amazing detail, you've got some great skillz there.
Thank you very much!
As I spend some days in France last week, I bought few more figs to increase my waagh : one box of lootas and burnas boyz and few killa cans. The Killa cans are relly nice but I have a problem with the close combat weapons : the parts look too big to me and I'm looking for change.
Really nice conversions! I can't wait to see them painted.
Well,
I'm back home and I try to progress in my Waagh, adding some tracks and buggies.
The models available are really vintage and hard to deploy along the nex truks and battle wagons. The only way seems to have a look in the bitz box. I really like those beginnings when you experiment with all the parts you get!
Considering the old truks are spare for imperial vehicles, I choose to mix the front of the buggy and the rear of the the track : the first step will be to remove rear axle and all the detail on the buggie :
The point with the track, is the chassis is too narrow to accommodate the new front axle and I roughly cut the part to add a plastic card floor :
The track are a bit angled to look more "speed" :
The old one against the new one :
First step finished : 3 chassis ready to receive the hull. I don't exactly know what I will do, but I'm sure i want something high and out of balance...

Nice vehicles man! Have you given thought to giving Gorkamorka a try? These vehicles would be perfect for it!
Looking forward to seeing more.
Scott.
"Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." - Abraham Lincoln
Thank You!
Regarding gorkamorka, I've bought it in 1998/99 I don't remember and one of the tracks I converted come from the box. I hope I will built an new ork mop any time, It would be great to play it again.
Pause on the tracks : I experiment paint scheme for my boyz.
The idea is to have both military uniforms and desert tones to stay in the blood axe and TethVI spirit.
Colors will turn around sand, desert yellow, bleached bone with faded skin colors. Unit only wear very small color patch to give some light.
Those are regular boyz, specialized units should be a bit different with specific colors or camouflaged uniforms.
All comments are welcome!
Sorry for double post but along with my painting experiments I work little on the tracks.
As I wanted to built out of balance cabs, I design the fighting compartment in that way :
Assembly should accommodate the metal parts of old the scorcha and make it even higher. Te parts remain moveable to change to regular heavy shootas or rockit launcha.
The boyz on front is only fitted to give some scale, there will be an armoured driving compartment.
All detail is missing of course, just in progress work...
Great use of plastic card here.....really amazing. And the Orc with the english helmet just looks awesome. It really ads to the ...lets say dumb expression orcs usually have.
And the Lobbas are breathtaking....From the idea to the execution A+.
cheers

You're quite the craftsman when it comes to plasticard! And I really like your painting as well!

This forum is insane! I so envy the great sculptors and scratch-builders here. Man you are awesome. I wish i had the skills.. i dont dare these kind of projects..
Looking forward to see more of your stuff!
Thank you very much!
After a long brainz storming, the Mek Groz Planz decides to add real driver cab to the trakz, and in the same time he says the scorcha could be change to regular shootas if more noise is needed!
There are 3 bonnet variants today : da Reno :
Da Daimlerz :
Da Mercedez is the more advanced design today : I add the parzoms on the front and big road lights on the front made from old LR roadwheels. The bonnet is taken from a vintage Airfix Mercedes I found in my spare box :
I experiment the shootas turret, adding two Vickerz on it. the roof could be removed to accommodate the Scorcha part.
There is a lot of details missing, but the general layout is now finded and I will search the same idea to built my truks in a Spanish civil war "Tiznaos" look.
I hope you like it!
Nice Orks you got there! And some really good conversion job as well. I like the wethering on the boyz, how did you get the chanisword look used?
Crazy, crazy good. I wish I was half as good with plasticard.
Those who know don't care any more, and those who care don't know.
Amazing work as always Le Mediko you are the man.

Amazing scratchbuilt gunz mediko. Got a question: how do you make the rivets? Do you cut them from round plasticard sticks or...?
Cheers
That is the coolest trak I've ever seen in my entire ********** life...

Hello Le Mediko, nice to see you're branching out into Orks now! Your Boyz are looking good, nice drab scheme with a little colour to make them pop.
The Traks are coming along nicely- I am keeping track of your scratch building steps.
I found you out by the way- were you inspired by THIS armoured car at all? http://www.wwiivehicles.com/unitedki...s_royce_01.jpg
