Are you compensating for something with that anvil?

When all goes wrong just roll it down the table.

Few days ago I bought on sale two figures by Reaper-dwarf priest and wizard. Today I finished the dwarf-only base has to be done. I should add that white robe is in fact shaded, but you can not see this in the picture

    Dwarf and Empire armies log

At last something from my Empire! With almost 280 figures I have only about 20 painted, so I decided I have to do something with this. Here is the begining of my halberdiers unit- sergant van Dyke and standard bearer Rupert:

    Thank you, minitrol!
I finished my first unit filler. Theme is truly dwarven-drinking It will perfectly fit to the Bugman's Rangers unit, when they finally come, but for now I present it alone, and in "combined" regiment of classical models.

This dwarf from left is an old plastic warrior, first plastic dwarf made by GW, I think

Very nice I think you need one more figure on the unit filler though bit too much negative space.

At last I recived my "new" old Bugman's Rangers, with Josef Bugman himself, so I had to paint him By the way I finished two empire huntsmen I started few weeks ago...

Re: Dwarf army and Wissenland Expedition Corpse log

I finished standard bearer. With the banner there was a lot of work, but I think it paid off-I am happy with the dragon, and generally with the whole figure. This model definitively decided that my dwarves came from Kraka Drak, Stronghold of the Dragon-the northernmost bastion of Dwarfs ... I'll have to give my army a more Nordic, Viking look
