Can I suggest, perhaps, cardstock?

I've printed out a large number of these, and they're perfect for 6mm terrain (as they're scaled to use with Battletech); you'd probably have to pick and choose carefully, but they've got a couple of ruined buildings, skyscrapers, EXCELLENT bunkers, Titan-sized walls, bridges, even repair gantries and vehicle garages...

In my interweb ramblings i stumbled across some 6mm scale buildings made by Ground Zero games that should work fairly well for Epic. They are mostly accessories but just sticking them to a plasticard box should generate pretty good results

These Gamecraft buildings might help too. The landing pads are probably best suited for SG aircraft instead of FW, though; they're significantly smaller than FW's landing pads (FW's pads are ~60mmx60mm and ~80mmx120mm I believe)
