It is good to hear. Would you mind pointing out where the second set of "fingers" is on the sprue? Or is it supposed to work out in a different way?
They are on the second half of the sprue along with the six sleek talon parts.

Ah, yes! Now I see them: http://img222.imageshack.us/i/dreadsprue5.jpg/

They are next to the shoulders.
EDIT: In between the leg covers and the side bits for the body, I should say.
EDIT 2: image Thanks to Morticon on B&C.

    Re: New Stormraven model?

I'll quote what was quoted on the Bolter and Chainsword forums where the Dread pics came from:

    From our secret source :
"the gun on the lower left is the shrapnel gun. The arm mid-left, right beside the shrapnel gun is the force weapon holding arm, the FW fits right through the whole assembly and sticks out back and front.
The smaller pieces all the way down, far left seems to go onto the dread's crotch area. There's one for each flavour and another one without any icons.

Far upper right you can see the magna grapple's base plate, which goes onto the dread's top piece shown in the other pics. Above, you can see the grapple "hooks" (parts 47). These incidentally look identical to the Stormraven's dreadnought grapple! The whole towing part on the SR's back is one plate the size of a Rhino hatch with a wire plus grapple assembly."

You need to turn the picture 90° anticlockwise though to make the descriptions fit.

Thanks for uploading these links. The model looks great, and I'll definitely be adding one or two to my army ASAP.

I don't have a BA Codex at hand right now, but what's the bolter-kind of weapon supposed to be? Has any of the BA dreadnoughts a option for a heavy Boltgun?
We both read the rumour, day and night,

Do you mean the built-in stormbolter or the gun-like weapon arm? If the latter, it's the Frag Cannon.

The metal furioso is like that too... the fingers are not equidistant from one another

    Re: Furioso Dreadnought Sprues

I'm actually a bit disappointed in the clearer pictures. I was going to buy 2-3, but it looks like a ton more iconography than I though that I will have to shave off. I'll have to try one and see how well it works before getting more. Sort of like the Space Hulk termies. They were a pain to clear off a lot of the BA iconography so I could use them.

    A fish.

The pieces you're inquiring about are armor plates that go over the groin area.
