I'd drop the Harpies completely in favor of some Razorgors. Your main combat blocks have such a wide frontage, and your play style really crowds the middle of the board. I think the width of your Harpy units is a big liability, and they tend to get in the way. Razorgors would perform the exact same job without blocking your units in the process. And I've been following your BatReps and I really don't see that flying has made much of a difference.
Razorgors, with the smaller footprint, would perform the same role as your harpies without further crowding the board and clogging up your charging lanes.
