Holy Crap!Awesome stuff! So magically resistant that my dwarfs want to have a pint of bugmans best beer with 'ya! Oi! I got some inspiration so I guess you don't mind if I borrow the drunken/dead dwarf in the quarreller unit?
Great work!
Cheers!

(Been inactive, although I'm making a gift to a special friend all the way in Down Under!)
Man, your Hammerers are awesome! And so is your keg of doom! I think a unit filler in form of a small bar would fit your army well.
Keep up the good work!

Good stuff. I love the daft/amazing beer pyramid of doom - that is one seriously overloaded cart, but the ponies can take it, I guess.
Nice to see you've reached the magic 2000pts on the Tale of Fantasy Painters - I'm planning to do the same this month - I'm 2/3 of the way through Hammerers, Miners, Slayers, and Rangers. So hopefully I'll join you on the other side shortly.
Great stuff, keg of doom is a brilliant idea![]()
beautiful army
i especially like how you painted the wood, looks really good
but i have to admit that the best of the army is not a dwarf but the blog dog; had to laugh![]()
This is a great looking army and wonderfully painted too!
I've never really been that interested in the Dwarf army but this has changed that... Looking forward to seeing more!![]()
Keg of doom is ace, and undeniably dwarven! Excellent, detailied work thus far, looking foward to seeing more!
Hi,
I just hopped in to you plog,
I must admit that I´m not so dwarfish, B U T . . . . your paint job is very good.
These Dwarfs are realy standing out ! well done.

I'm not a big dwarf fan, but it's always a pleasure to see a great looking Warhammer army!
This is the war-ravaged world of Warhammer, and there's only WAR!... and hammers.
Thanks for the positive feedback everyone. It's always a nice suprise when this thread pops up to the front page! I'm waiting for a good time to take my final round of full-army shots, so expect them some time soon.
I very much like your footway shaft diorama for the miners! Am also appreciative of the massive beer wagon. Good work!

Great stuff![]()

In these dark times, as our tainted brethren ravage our shores, we stand defiant and shall emerge victorious.

Your Dwarves look great! I love these kind of armies. Well thought out, themed, looks like fun.

As a fellow Dwarf player, really pleased to see such a nice looking army. I had a mind to use barrells to create a drunken unit of slayers, though wasn't sure where to get any except from the Bugman model you used. I hope you dont mind but I'll be looking on ebay for some.
