Magnets for bases

I'm going to be starting a Dark Elf WM army soon, and i'd like to magnetize the whole army to make it easier to carry.

My plan is to either put a metal sheet in a box file, or get a metal tool box from B&Q (don't know if they cost a lot)

Ideally i'm looking for thin strips that i can cut up and glue to the base, rather than round magnets.

Can anyone help?

It's 20mm wide, which is spot on, and only 1.5mm thick.

I placed an order for a box file lined with steel paper, it arrived next day. I'm very pleased with it You tip the box upside down and the metal figures remain in place.

I just worked out i can fit 27 units in the box (assuming units of 3's) and enough room for characters around the edge.
Perfect, that'll fit my whole 3,000 point dark elf army inside.
