I registered on Warseer just to say thanks for this thread. I was looking for sci-fi plastic flooring kits and this looked like what I wanted. Since fortunately the company Creative Game Scapes is only in the next state, I ordered two of these. They're what I needed.

Whether the Spaceship X system works for you or not is up to you but you should see a comparison. GW's Shrine of the Aquila is also four sprues of heavy plastic. Here are the two cut off their sprues, next to each other:



The GW pieces weigh exactly 1 lb. The Spaceship X weighs 1.6 lbs. That's not an incentive to buy, but it explains the cost.
