    eisenhorn/ravenor/tyranids

this might have been brought up already but i noticed that in the eisenhorn books everyone seems to know about the tyranids. But in the ravenor books, which are set at a later date,no one seems to know what they are, is this just a mistake on the authors behalf?
If the World Eaters were assigned to our planet... i don't know, it depends on how long it would take Angron to skullf*ck every single corpse before moving on. There wouldn't be much of a planet left, though.

The Tyranids are actually mentioned in the Eisenhorn books? Where?

It's a mistake that Abnett only realised when he was writing Ravenor. First Tyrannic War happened in 745.M41. While there were earlier incursions, they weren't encountered on the planet Tyran, which got them their name.

If it is an admitted mistake, does it now become canon or make the Eisenhorn trilogy Heretical Tomes?
