    Henchman Group Experience

Quick question regarding henchman experience and warband rating calculations:

Say, for instance, I've got a three member strong henchman group. The group has been around for several games and has earned itself some experience. Say like, three experience. Now, when calculating my warband rating, I get my total number of members times five, as normal, but when adding experience am I adding three (the base experience) or three (the experience) times three (the number of henchmen in the group) equalling nine?

    Get what I'm saying?

    I'm confused, fellas... heh.
A Chaos Space Marine army may include Fabulous Bill.

Where did the FW faqs go?

    Re: Henchman Group Experience

Lets say you have a group of 4 Marksmen with 6 XP each.

    Rating will be:

    4 members * 5 pts. per member = + 20 to rating
    6 xp each * 4 Marksmen = + 24 + to rating

so the total rating for a group of 4 with 6 xp is: 20 + 24 = 44 to rating

now as you can see, henchman experience adds up to quite a lot which is kind of misrepresentative in the ratings system

thats why in coreheim rather than the gw scale of 0-14 xp for henchmen, we have a scale of 0-7. rather than advancing at 2, 5, 9, 14, ours advance at 2, 4, 6, 7

this way, henchmen experience isnt so drastic when calulating ratings
