My Classic imperial dwarf army in its entirety. Have rebased and repainted quite a few since first posting here some time back, as the throng lacked visual coherency. About 180 models have yet to receive a single stroke of the brush- quite daunting to say the least but fun nonetheless!

Im absolutely nuts about old dwarf models and do my best to collect them to the best of my abilities. Needless to say Im actually speechless when I type this, as was I when I opened your thread. Amazing. Your painting is very nice and adds much to the already awesome miniatures. Subscribed.

Yup, all GW (i.e. Citadel or Marauder) models from 1985-1992. All metal, no plastics, not counting bases or the odd crossbow. I try to avoid multiples of the same model, so all models in the army remain fairly unique. They are indeed full of character, although some tend toward the gnome-ish in design at least compared to today's Norse- themed dwarfs. But in my eyes that adds to the character and fun of them all.

Exactly what I am doing with ny greenskin horde: All metal (almost), no bull, no doubles. I love Citadel and Marauder oldschool stuff.
