These are great! I hope everything is okay had a few friends had to leave Japan as well. Awesome paint job I love the officer with the drawn sword.

Thx Minitrol! For the time being I am still in Japan. I actually left when the nuclear accident happened but came back two weeks ago. Everything looks back to normal here.

Nice looking Swiss! Good to see you painting again, inspiring pics like these make me hop of the net and stroll over to my painting table. Speaking of which there is a unit of Uhlans calling me now...

    Re: Napoleonic French

    wonderfull stuff

Do you use the General de Brigade ruleset for gaming or Black powder ? Is General de Brigade just for 15mm games or can it be scaled up for 28mm ?

How do you make your flags ?

    Re: Napoleonic French

actually I base them for General de brigade but my group plays Black Powder
Hopefully when my collection grows substantially I will give General de Brigade a try (both rulesets were designed with 28mm in mind but 15mm is also possible).

All of my flags are from GMB designs. Although a bit expensive I really like them!

Hoo boy you've been at it good! Your units looked good but it all really comes together once they are fully based, great blocks of troops.
Did you hand paint the satrchel markings or are those decals on the hussars? Great looking unit so far.
