@Bennonator & mdiscala: thank u!
And on we go in the woods...
Here come the next two Dancers. The first is completely converted Rackham, the second one's upper body comes from Gamezone, the lower is GW.
Cheers...and dance!

I really like the multi-source conversions you've got going on. it's great to see these multiple mini sources seamlessly blended into a single miniature. Will we be seeing more Privateer Press minis in the future?

"Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear, and ask it for a ride home, for I have clearly had too much to drink."
@Brother Munin: Thanks. There will be the wolves for the Wild Hunt and som characters. Maybe some warpbeasts as well, but for now I'm gonna stick to Rackham.
Here's my first Wolfen, counting as a treekin. I took Onyx the Wanderer from Rackham and converted him. Imo those big beasts don't really need blades or axes; their pranks and claws are weapons enough. So I rescuplted all the hands and nails, and put fur on their backs, shoulders and upper legs.
cheers from the woods...
This project log - your concept, scuplting and painting is insanely good! It's all that I want my wood elves to be!
Plog of Jericho - Wood Elves, Daemons, Beastmen, CSM and Whatnot.
MD: You got a christmas gift?
House: Yeah, 'cause I worship Santa. Or wait, is that Satan? I always get them mixed up.
And on the story goes...
Iluna, pack leader of the Wild Hunt. The small crow on her fist counts as a sprite.
This army looks amazing, I've done a similar thing with my Onyx, but given him Ogre weapons. I'm a big fan of Rackhams too and look forward to seeing more
wolfen for treekin! Brilliant idea! And very nice painting too. Keep going. I love the ideas you have brought out in an 'alternate' wood elf army.
Subscribed... wonderful work here. The Onyx conversion is really nice. I love that model something fierce and you've adapted it in a way which doesn't take away from his primal energy.
:-D
Wow, I'm seriously impressed; this is one of the best armies I've seen in a while! I nearly feel tempted to go back to my own wood elves project.

Mindblowing stuff! I don't know where to start... .the choice of minis and the conversions are superb! Your painting style makes these cool minis come to life and the theme is completely wonderful!
I will post a longer comment when I have stopped to be awe-struck... top notch... keep it up
