    GW remembers Specialist Games exist

A little bit anyway, although I do amuse myself by going to the Specialist Games section and clicking new releases....and then being told I should buy a copy of white dwarf.

It's absurd isn't it. What was the point of that? Here's some games we used to make, but don't really support any more and you can only get half the models any more.

Lol , it was an amusing reading . Note how Battlefleet Gothic and Epic are proposed to new players as nothing more than supplements for Warhammer 40k.

Oh, no! That means they are going to raise the prices even more!

We make the games we want with the fluff we prefer and the models we own, as much as we please.

I just had to quote this!

That's more support than they've given SG for about 5 years.

Why are the product links at the buttom of the table all grey knight units?

I remember reading this one. It stoked my interest in inquisitor and blood bowl.

But I still haven't gotten around to buying the models I want. Blood bowl is my next GW purchase, but it'll need to wait about a month until I have the leisure money on hand. :P

The first gw article of any sort I have seen in years. Sad really, I remember when every WD had epic articles and every 3rd or 4th was an epic battle report. Anyone remember when Gav Thorpe was a dwarfer always lost his battles only one i ever saw him win was an epic one

Because they haven't released any specialist games stuff since long before the last website overhaul?

Edit: crud. Threadromancy. Sorry, wasn't paying attention.

GW's loss, E Bay's gain. They obviously don't want my money!

Specialist games can go for a fair bit of money on eBay. I once sold the Escher plasma gunner for £25 - not even in it's blister!

I hate to see those games go that way as I too enjoyed Epic & Necromunda.
