As someone who is fairly familiar with Silent Hill games, I've got to say you really nailed the colour scheme on the Pyramid Head Ogre. The conversion is pretty great all around, excellent work. I've been looking into Silent Hill myself for inspiration regarding Chaos (especially Slaanesh) recently and I've actually got my own Pyramid Head -inspired Chaos Champion in the works (still in the planning phase, though), so it's nice to see that it can be pulled off, like you have.

Great plog all around: excellent colours, some good old minis and nice conversions. I'll be following this closely. Erinomaista

Fantastic paint job! From Gorbad to Pyramid Head Ogre. It's so far on the scale from my cartoonish goblins and so high in the level of skills!
I agree with you about the usage of white primer.

Thank you man! I've also been reading your chaos blog and it's been very inspirational. I think that your work also influenced me to build my Siege giant (compare the horn). Silent Hill really is the grandmother of grime and it's been inspiring me a little with the colours I choose for certain atmospheres. Again, thank you very much!

    Kiitoksia kovasti

Really fantastic stuff, love your painting style. As a painter that's always gone the layering and blending method this is great inspiration for trying out the glazing route myself. How did you do the yellow bad moon on the Gorbad mini? Love the tones on it, would be nice to replicate onto a Blood Bowl team.

And now ladies and gentlemen: something completely different from my palette:

Mindless purchasing part 1. I'm not familiar with 40K minis, but this was a 'must' to get.

Desert themed Necron barge. What a cool mini!

Sweet. I like this machine, it reminds me of one in a manga I read (Gantz).

Thanks to you also I suggest to try out these new necrons just for fun.

Yeah, I don't know why I got this mini. But when I had assembled it I primed it immeadetly and painted it only in 10 hours or so - this time includes dryings and wall staring...
Back to the track! I just glued together few movement trays for the CD army and start to prepare a unit ready to priming!
    Stay tuned

I've said it before and I'll say it again, you're painting style is just sick, so grimy and realistic, really makes your miniatures jump out. Pyramid head is just all round good, there's nothing bad i could say about that miniature. The Chaos dwarves are damn near perfecr, and I'm suprised but not dissapointed to see some necrons, You've almost made them gory and macarbe, and theres not a touch of gore, blood spikes or skull (well organic skulls). So cool.

Back from Germany after three months...

I got some souvenirs from Hof, and I have few ideas what to do with the daemons, but no idea what I should do with the AOW dwarfs! Maybe some funny conversions to match my CD-army? I'm open to any suggestions

Let's see if I can paint anymore!

I'll write some tutorials about the metallics when I have more time. But trust me, it's simple and effective!
