A feast of Purity Seals! (Or, a Grey Knight Log)

    Hello fellow 'Seers.

Before opening a log for my new Grey Knights I promised myself I'd have a greater number of models painted and done than I usually have before throwing it up here. This for the simple reason of feeling more secure about this army actually being finished

I'm happy to say that for once it looks like it! They new GK models are awesome.

Well to start of here is my list:

    1 x Grand Master
    1 x Librarian
    5 x Terminators
    5 x Terminators
    10 x Purifiers
    10 x Strike Squad
    1 x Dreadknight
    1 x Storm Raven

    Cheers!

As mentioned in the starting post I already have some models done!
So without further adue, I give you: half a squad of Strike...squad...members..?

So these are the first boys I painted for this army. Man they were a hassle to glue

Here is a close up of the Justicar. Grrr, hammer!

And here; of the ever present psycannon. Yes, you WILL be seeing more of these.

    Aaaaaand it's terminator time!

First of is a nifty group shot of the buggas'

    All five of them.

    The Justicar.

    The psycannoneer.

    Another hammerman.

And my favourite, the one carrying the Brotherhood Banner!

And here is a close up the banner.

These were a blast to paint! Though I'm not at all happy with my powerweapons they will do for tabletop, and I might even go back to them later if I manage to learn how to paint good ones. Here's hoping!

Thank you all for the positive feedback Goes right into the inspiration account

@Happybug: The termies took around 12h to do I think. And the recipe for the metal is so simple I'm ashamed to make it public :P

    1. Chainmail
    2. Badab Black
    3. Highlights with Mithril Silver

    See?

I will at least start the painting on the DK tomorrow, dunno how far I'll get. I also have to do something about his huge base... Maybe some slain daemons?

They look great. My only recommendation would be to put come color into the bases so the knights pop more.

Great start, I love how simple the armour is but it looks great (I might nick it). Now, get some paint on that Dread.

And just like that I want to throw out my raven guard and build a grey knights army
To represent the Emperor on the tabletop simply place a live hand grenade in your opponent's deployment zone, pull pin and duck.

Re: A feast of Purity Seals! (Or, a Grey Knight Log)

@Shinigami: I will be using them as normal termies, and the second hammer is actually a shaft from a warding stave from the terminatorbox and the hammertop from a GKM-box.

    @kamedake88: Glad I could... help?

    @the rest of you: Thanks!

Now then, just to keep you over, here is a WIP of the Dreadknight:
