    Breaz Brushes For The Emperor

    Hello dear warseers,

I have changed the topic of this thread a number of times now and i think Breaz Brushes For The Emperor suits it the best.
I am a great fan of a lot of things imperial and have painted several forces over the past few years.
Below i will post decent army pictures of all them and you can enjoy the seperate fruits of my painting inside the topic.
I hope you enjoy, get somew inspiration and tell me what you think.
    Here are my collected forces.

    Grey Knights:

    Black Templars:

Sisters of Battle, Order Of Our Martyred Lady:
    Angels Encarmine:

    Ultramarines:

I must admit that when i first saw a Grey Knights army fully painted i wanted those too... I did not really play 40k yet but i wanted to from that point on. The thing that stopped me was everyone telling me not to play them as i would just lose with the old book and that all the models were metal (i preferred cheaper and plastics)

now that they are plastic i can put in all my time and make it into something great.

the scars i started after seeing the great army that belongs to our friend Spiky James in the space marine codex. I plan on making it fast but not with a lot of bikes. also i mainly want to use the colours of the scars, i think i wont try to make them look all mongolian and stuff. perhaps i will add some details referring to it later but for now just the nice white marines.

here i will post recent updates and other things to lure you into commenting .

let me know what you think

He looks fantastic, the armour looks spot on, the red cloth is a great contrast and the pattern on it makes it all the much better.

I'll follow this because your Fantasy stuff is brilliant.

Oh, and drill out your barrels

That first grey knight looks very promising dude! I like the power weapon a lot. Your skills on blending really have improved.

That's fantastic, glad to see you with a project log, what did you use for the force weapon?

Can't wait to see your White Scars, I always wanted to do them, but I was never able to do white.

Re: Savage Scars and Ruthless Justice (White Scars and Grey Knights)

    thank you guys...

@Raeho: white most certainly is a pain in the behind... so is the scars logo.. but i will see through with this bunch... i love the army as a whole...all those white helmets is a great sight

the force weapon is made by starting with hawk turquoise and adding a little bit of darkened turquois in the middel...then gradually light things up with a mixed in ice blue and skull white..
I am mainly also trying still on every weapon until i think it looks good enough

here are some scars i did over a longer period of time...so there might be some quality difference for the focussed inspector

there are 2 missing but they will soon join the fray

The white scars look cool! I have always liked the tribal markings on their armor.

*are some of the little rocks coming off the bases? The flamer marine has a few around him.

Great stuff dude!! the Justicar is very well painted, also the Scars are mint too. I love the tribal markings on the helmets (the use of blue eyes is well used to contrast the red markings ), very effective and well done on those too. I can't wait to see more...

With these marines you have made very clear that white doesn't have to be boring. I really like all the markings and lightning on them which makes them quite agressive.
I'm looking forward to play against these guys which will be some epic battle!

about the grey knight i think i don't have to say anything, he stands for himself (looking really good)
white scars also turned out really well, and yes, you can see some slight differences, but yet i think you did a good job with the white and the markings give them a nice variety
