Dump the life Mage get a lvl1 for a scroll caty.
I am down with the wild rider noble with the killing blow spear and potion of strengh to deal with "scarvet" types and the wild rider can hang with dryads for a while if it needs protection.
Adjust last list as you will.
Did you tally up how many kills your HODA got on average? I am down for dumping that too like I said earlier.

But I still like wardancer noble with a potion of strength, stone of rebirth if you have the points.
On a counter charge with the extra attack dance one gets 5 S8 attacks. +savage beast if you want to get nasty.

Thanks for the Hastings reports. I live near to Hastings when not at Uni, it is a shame I couldn't go as it looked to be very well run.

If I remember correctly you aren't going to Gathering of Might, so might I ask you (as this seems to be a generic ask tmarichards thread as well as a battle report thread) what character set up you'd recommend for 1500 point Warriors of Chaos. I'm particularly torn between Heavens and a Tzeentch disclord.

I'd probably go with Tzeentch. I really like Heavens, especially on Warriors, but Tzeentch is jut too good to pass up on. Shadow/Death are also good lores for Warriors that you could try out. It depends a lot on what sort of list you're running though.

At that low points level go fire, you're only going to be able to fit a level 2 in there. Fire is a good solid lore with every spell (ish) being a good one to get. You need units at that points level so get more warrior bodies in there and go with a cheap mage.

Just saw your summary video for Hastings, which is incidentally the first time I've seen what you look like. For whatever reason I had it in my head that you looked like Rupert Grint from Harry Potter, mostly because as an American the Harry Potter cast are pretty much the only English people I can recognize.

I can now say with some certainly that you do not look like Rupert Grint.

Just thought I'd pop in to say cheers for the advice on the Warriors of Chaos that you sent me, I took that exact list to Equinox (New Zealand's biggest Fantasy tournament) and Finished 2nd out of 48 players! Not too mention I gave up about 1500 vps the whole tournament. So yeah, thanks for that, and I'll admit, the Tzeentch Knight bus is a little bit good!

Not sure it'd do so well in a singles event, but the basic idea is to castle up and kill all the enemy's soft points/tie up the armour stuff. Dark magic + 34 core xbows will clear a fair bit of chaff that makes it through.

Not at all, as far as I can see the majority of people have an issue with it in some degree, or at least this current incarnation. I'd LOVE to have Ard Boyz be run in the UK...

Personally I don't like the comp, but I do like the challenge it presents to come up with strong lists under the restrictions.

Death and Dark is my current thinking for ETC lists, or else Death and Fire. Combat DE armies are not the way to go under the ETC comp imo.
