Need help painting "Assault on Black Reach"

Hi, I got the "Assault on Black Reach" set and have to paint it with a few thing in mind:

*It will be used for intro-gaming, so no conversions are allowed.
*The figures should display a bright colour for drawing attention.
*The Space Marines should be a first-founding chapter as they are easy to recognize amongst first-time gamers (or at least 2nd founding).
*Ultramarines should be avoided (as I want to show people that the figures don't have to look like the ones on the box).

I'm having a hard time chosing a Chapter for the Space Marines. I tried Crimson Fists, but I'm having trouble painting the armour. I was thinking about Necron Abyss basecoat, Ice Blue highlights and a Asurmen Blue wash. The problem is that Necron Abyss is almost black (and too shiny!) and I don't know how it will look with highlights and wash, so I tried Mordian Blue. That made them look like Ultramarines.

Do you have any suggestions on how to paint Crimson Fists? I'm using Foundations as bacecoat, so please no "make a 50%-50% mix of A and B".

If you don't have a tips on painting Crimson Fists, could you suggest another chapter, and why I should paint them in that scheme?

    Thank you in advance.

I would paint the SM as Imperial Fist instead (nice, bright, and easily recognizable)

Yes, I think Nipolian is right.

Crimson Fists look too much like Ultrasmurfs.
Not space wolfs, they have their own models, they dont look like this.
Not White Scars, the set of units dont fit the theme
Not Salamanders, they are green, like the orks
Iron Hands, I think the Captain doesnt fit the theme, and black is boring
    Raven guard, black is boring
Dark angels too dark, not colorful

Blood angels? they will contrast nicely with the Orks, and if you want to expand the army, they have a lot of appealing choices.

Of the first founding chapters I think Imperial fists will work best. All the units in the box fit within the theme, the captain wont look out of place, and the yellow should contrast well with the Orks. I would say paint them as 3rd company(IIRC) with the shoulderpad rims red.

    Edit:
Also, how are you going to paint the orks? Are you gonna have a strong secondary color, apart from the green? This might be important to think about too.
