The skies goes black as the Dark Eldar attack !

So, I'm posting my Dark Eldar. I'm going to divide it into sections as I have almost the full force painted.

The way I Paint: I paint fast and in steps, first painting everything to my own definition of tabletop quality. After that I might refine the painting to a higher standing.

So everything I post here will probably be in different shades of WIP.

That raider looks amazing, and your Dark Eldar colors are impressive and striking to say the least. I would really like to see some close up shots of your Raider... the detail looks really intricate.

Oh yeah, nice tatoo blog too my friend. I am sleeved and have a bout 12 hours into a back piece myself. So I appreciate good ink work when I see it.

I love the raider and ravager. Far too much work for 60pt models imo, but a great idea for the 200 pt AV13 version...

Going to take some new pics on my models soon, and probably paint a lot more these next days as I got a 2000 battle coming up and I'm bringing all my fun models (not my usual list at all). So going to paint some scourges next ( already done four, and boy, those wings got really flourescent .

I'm also thinking about adding skin sails to all my raiders. But painting the crew bores me to death.

Quick tutorial on skin sails : It's really easy. Just stretch greenstuff thin over the whole sail. One side first. Then use a nail or a needle and just make small lines in the gs, or holes. makes sure to expose the arms holding the sails,so that it looks like the skin is stretched over a construction.
