They seem a bit chalky, which for some reason isn't really a problem actually as it gives them a more realistic look in some wayI think the hounds look gorgeous! can we please get some closeups of those lovely heads ??

The blood thirster is DONE!!! Yay! Fixed the wings, armour on the forearms and a khorne symbol around his neck!
Tested my idea for the base! I´m quite happy how it turned out!

On the subject of the bases, if you are looking for a gory look there's also the possibility of using tamya clear red for that, as it can be used for some very realistic blood effects

Love the way Bloodthirster ended up, fantastic work!
That base, man, that base takes the cake.
A few more shades on the stones, a bit more depth to the skulls, just a bit, and it will be so awesome, it will be price-winningly good.

@ TDA: Thanks for the tipp! Actually used clear red on that test base already and I agee that its a super color! (I think the shiny bit from the color got lost in the picture somewhere, I struggle a lot to take good pictures)

@ warflag: Thanks! I´m really happy how it turned out and I have high hopes for the bases especially when they are mounted on the displybord! This is just a testbase and hopefully I wil get more deapth to the colors and blendings when I do it "for real"!

Ahh, a true khorne follower after all aye ;P I took another look and realized the very sassy looking depth effect you have made on the base, as if the skulls disappear down in the deep of the blood lake

My personal take on the swords is inspired. Khornate armies so often revolve around reds and bronzes and the inspirational well painted swords you have created throw in a whole different colour whilst not taking away from the armies core colour.
I'm a big fan personally.

This stuff is CRAZY! I thought my Balrog to Bloodthirster was conversion but this is just insane. Everything here is awesome. Those swords.... all pure crazy awesome. I almost can't believe the things you seem to be able to make the green stuff do.

Diablo 3, new employment and new necrons takes upp all my time att the moment but a maneged to get som painting done on the freehand icon! It´s not done yet....i´m thinking off going in a more red tone? What do you think?
