Grhino's Tomb Kings on the rise!!

I've started the production of the next batch of Tomb Kings models so I thought I might as well use you guys to keep me motivated and working on them. My TK army is currently about 2500-3000 points max, so I want to get this up to around 5000. I've got two battallions, some carrion, a screaming skull catapult, some ubhabti and settra riding this chariot to work on.

Here are some (to some familiar) pictures of the army as it stands now.

Its barbed wire from some company I cant remember the name of. Does not really look like barbed wire, but also different from a real chain - thought it fitted well...

I will make more close up shots soon. I've assembled 10 horsearchers, 10 archers and another 25 spearwielding skellies for a 50-strong horde led by TK and Necrotect. Also, I've assembled my second SSC, another 3 ushabti (adding the box set later on for making a standard bearer and champion to make the unit 8 strong), 3 carrion and settra. More assembly line progress expected over the next couple of days and then massive drybrushing on those skelleton models.

What a great looking army! Those giants are excellent, and your terrain pyramid is a nice addition too.

This is what the army looks like with the expansion as assembled now. The 20-strong unit with hw on the right will be reinforced with another 10 skellies, and so will the unit with hw on the left. That gives me 2x30 hw+shield wielding skellies and 1x 50 spear+shield skellies in a horde.

In the box, waiting to be assembled, are another 6 chariots... giving me a total of 12 (from the units) + 3 (Settra, TK/TP in chariot and BSB in chariot)

Right, I finally got some work done on my TK expansion. I am not buying any more new models until all if this expansion is completely painted and I've finished my HE's (other blog - been spending quite a bit of time on these lately --> need to get a groupshot).

Great stuff. Any chance of a close-up of the Lord/hero in the centre of the very first picture in the thread? The one on the ground and not in the Pyramid alcove. Cheers.
