Hey guys, welcome to my first ever plog
Will start with a bit of personal info. My name is Shaun (or sasheep) and I live in Bath, England. I have been in the hobby for almost 10 years but am rather useless at finishing armies so I have decided to start a plog as an incentive. I have a fair few different fantasy armies, my biggest being skaven and the newest being TK. However I have decided to go back to my first love, Wood Elves, for storm of magic. I have dug out a load of old models that never saw any form of paint (or even glue in some cases!) and added 3 finecast treekin and a noble. I have also come up with some background for my army and will try and put it up at some point.
I decided to try and do something a bit different to my original colour scheme (a classic summer one) but didn't want to do winter or autumn as I see a fair few of them around which left me with spring. I wanted to try and keep my colours muted to show that it is still very early spring with winter still hanging on. After numerous attempts I decided to try and use a muted blue/green a darker green and brown as my main three colours. To represent the tranisition from winter to spring I wanted to have melting snow or patchy snow on the bases. Anyway here is my first model. There is one or two things I need to tidy up but overall I'm pretty happy with it. So what do you guys think? C and c is welcomeHopefully I will put a few other things up by the end of the week.
Cheers guys
Sasheep
