Awesome stuff!
The miniatures in you thread are amazing, but the display for your wood elves truly amazes me! I'm really looking forward to seeing it finished!
Keep up the great work!
Thanks Darkover, you can expect to see some more pics in a day or two.
I think my project is ready, at least I want it to be ready of various reasons, so mya family dosent feel neglected anymore and so I can start some new project...not so big this time...

That is one fantastic display piece! Just wish I could feel inspired by such awesomeness instead of disheartened at my own lack of skill
Keep up the good work fella!
Your finished piece is amazing. If you dont own your local Armies On Parade with it then something is most definitely wrong!
Any ideas on what your new project will be?

But I would try to mask the pillars somehow, don't look that pretty imho. Maybe you could make them look like big roots or something like that?
Thanks guys, it ended up at third place at my local AoP when they held a Facebook voting.
But I already have a few new projects going on. One is a Flesh tearers army, a mob of 30 Evil sunz Orks and a small diorama of a DKoK rider.
Here is where my DKoK stand after assembling the mini and started to build the base.

the diorama looks amazing! congratz mate!
Wow, I had totaly forgot about this thread (and painting to if I might be honest), the last few months have been hell and it was just about 2 weeks ago that I started to paint again. This is a project that I hope I will finish in a few weeks

I didn't realise you had a random. Nice one! Some brilliant stuff going on. That Nurgle Champion is outstanding. More Orks?
Thankīs Abe! Hopefully this mini will de finished during the weekend.
Actually there is more orks coming up...I have a bunch of FW kommandos that I will start painting soon. Iīm painting these guys for a painting contest in Stockholm that will take place somewhere late april or so. I will start building these guys as soon as I have finished a GK army (just a few days away).
Some minor work done, but Iīm kind of getting stuck here, Iīll probably put it away in a dark corner for a week or so untill it speaks to me again whatīs to do next.
Since last photo, the moss on the doorway is done and a couple of washes on the base, and some more edge highligt on the skin and green. Minor changes, but I guess itīs meant to be a slow one!

Lovely stuff! The flying forest is spectacular, the water effects is really a nice touch. Love the other minis as well especially the bases which are top notch, the Nurgle champ is particularly good.
keep up the good work

Thankīs Amimerik!I just looked throu your own thred, and the Ogre conversions are amazing!
Hey bud, I suppose this is way late and you probably already entered the flying forest, but there is a typo on there... forest, not forrest. Other than that, awesome job. Looking forward to updates from you.

Thankīs Daniel36, I noticed that typo in time, but I hadnīt taken any pictures on that afterwards. Telling the truth, I have taken the piece in partīs and the most of the island is just lying in my inventory next to all kind of junk. Most of the treeīs are close to/or are broken. After a piece is done...well itīs hard for me to value it, moste of the time they are stored away. Itīs a pity. But thankīs for your attention, more things are coming up.
