Great look work! The shading has given an excellent, amazing set of depth to them recently. Well done.

Nice. I really like the chapter masters. Not digging the 2nd helmet on the chaplain. Other than that, chaplain looks sweet too.
Off topic: any news on the molding supply stuff?

Honestly my big advice would be to take more time with the green stuff. Although the end result is clear and your sculpting "aim" is obviously good, it looks a bit thich. Multiple layers and let them dry out before doing on to the next one.(There's always a hair dryer if you're that impatient
)
That's all I got.

I like the Chaplain's pose holding his Crozius like that. Looks very parade-ground cool.

Nice stuff you have! I envy you all those terminators!
I quite like the highlights (and overall painting) on the terminator with the cyborg face. And the pose of the parade-ground chaplain. You're quite enthusiastic with green stuff and it seems to be the way to go. I've always been very cautious (read, far from ambitious) but your results make me want to try some more.
Another comment. That templar looks scared. He's hiding behind his shield! Unlike Lysander, who is contemptuously looking at his foe. You should make sure you can see his head when looking at him from the front, that way you know he's looking at his enemy, just before crushing him.
Now two questions (because I like to ask things):
- Are you saying you're painting the templar yellow? Or will you have a small contingent of templars tagging along with your fists?
- Who's that metal fellow with a storm bolter and power sword? A conversion of yours?
Well I got a large lot online and I'm trying to convert them and the metal model is a captain not sure on edition but he looks cool and I'm up for ideas I was surprised to see Templars(forge world) and I'm not sure what to do with them any ideas I guess I could paint them a mix of both chapters but I'm at a dead lock they do need to be stripped either way but I wouldn't mind keeping them Templars or just painting them a darker yellow then the rest.
Please any ideas

Well, well..
That's a lot if stuff to comment on!
First, the sergeant. I really like him! If I am to be very nitpicky, I'd say: try to make the cooling coil of the plasma pistol "pop" a bit more. But that's all I can suggest. Nice work!
The chapter master: it will be interesting to see him painted. It is a bit hard to judge now (and that holds for the other WIP models too) as it's a mix of somewhat painted mini and green stuff. All the different colors make it difficult to see well. In the opposite way that the mat grey of finecast makes the details seem like the mini is so awesome when it's presumably about the same as metal. I can say the model looks good, bulkier than before and that's nice. Great job with the cloak too, I like the back and how things are flowing. Oh, why does he have dark angel thunder hammers? Since you seem to be getting quite good with the greenstuff, maybe you could try to replace the swords with fists? That's just me being picky (but you said to be!)
The honor guards look good. Stealing the Emperor's champion eh? I don't blame you, I love that mini. As with the chapter master, I am looking forward to seeing them painted. I will say I'm not sure about the helmets, make sure you smooth them nicely. And beware of mold lines! That's the best I can do "ripping you a new one".. Certainly keep working!
Regarding the Templars, you could do a black and yellow scheme for them (somewhat like in the late heresy plog maybe?) and say that they are the more zealous warriors of your army (having thunder hammers and big shields works for that) and that they follow the footsteps of Sigismund, striving to become champions of the Emperor. That way, they're still imperial fists so they fit with the army, but they're templary too!
I like the Chapter Master's pose, very dynamic, although I am not at all a fan of those "crowded", or dare I say overloaded, base designs -not specifically yours, it irks me whenever I see such a base.
As for the Sergeant, the yellow looks nice, as do the stripes on the chainsword, but I think you're going a bit heavy on the shadows on the white helmet. I would suggest you try working it up from a warm brown-grey or a sand tone instead of black - I don't know what brand of paints you use, but I paint white starting Vallejo Model Color Green Grey, then layer on Khaki, Beige, Bone White and Pure White. That tends to give a nicer and richer white, although it is by no means perfect.
For the honour guard, pretty much the same as for the chapter master, although I would like to see them primered before making further judgement - the variety of materials you use (to good effect, I'd say) makes it a bit hard to judge the overall effect.
Great work going on here! Glad I found it!![]()
Some great conversions here with crisp colours.
I love the flow you are getting in the greenstuff cloaks.. Any tips you can give me as I am looking to start some myslef soon..
