How did the black orcs loose against the bestigors? The double choppas should have given the black orcs the edge unless you got the primal fury off?

the black orcs killed 7 or so which is pretty average for that frontage with a character and additional choppas(+1 strength). the bestigors needed a 9 with a re-roll to get primal fury so pretty much guaranteed to get it. they perfomed slightly above average (2 more kills than the math-hammer).

Ah-your oppenent should check out Djekers battlereport- he used mean green a little differently. Might help for next time.

Nice reports so far, keep up the good work. If I remember I'll give you a plug in my next video, I know it can be a bit daunting getting started.

Good to see the larger games. There aren't a lot of 4000 point reports on youtube.

Now back to actually watch it

I think you were making a bigger deal of putting the save orcs off the table than it was.

Him standing there and doing nothing for a turn was worse. He should have just gone into them ASAP.

He's going to have to learn to give that bestigor unit more respect, and better yet pit the savage orcs against them.

    Man-sucks about the doombull.
Your oppenents gotta start taking out that pesty bee hive of shamans hanging out near that lovely herd stone.

What what what?! Someone using ambush!

I agree with Tsuke, I'm always left wondering why people don't throw everything they can at taking out the herdstone huddle when most people on the 'seer say that it's magic that makes Beastmen really competitive.

lol, i figured it would be worth a try because i felt that the board was too cluttered during the 3500 pt game. i'd get some extra space as well as a chance to actually accomplish something

i totally forgot to mention it in the 4k game video, but his bolt throwers and doom diver were shooting at the shamans fairly regularly. as a matter of fact, i lost 2 over the course of the game and forgot to mention. my beastmen are acquiring something of a reputation around my LGS so mark my words, its only a matter of time until they figure out that the herdstone makes the whole thing work!

nice reports liked the concept of the arabyan carpet flying Bull, even though he took 2 chariots to the face before he could do anything good.

    Re: Brother Maynard's battle reports

added game vs TK. and yes, i was really excited to give the flying doombull a try. i suppose i will try to use him again but without the chariot part
