Thats all i do as well Kublai, it says 20% in the code when i copy and paste it, does it say that in yrs? and little off subject i just looked at yr world eaters blog are you honestly telling me thats yr first vechicle! Thats one kick ass rhino. My attempt at doing chaos was a Wordbearer practice model i did before doing this project, its not much but i think i got the look i wanted.



Back to the project i have ordered my next rokkit buggy and will start slowly but surely

The WB looks very good ! I woud remove this amo spill though. Yes its true, it was my first vehicle. But I painted some other stuff before I did the rhino, mostly empire stuff.

Good news my Forgeworld Rokkit Launchers arrived today so i get to work on it once the little uns asleep

Hi to all, kublai gonna have to say sorry for the photo size i have been trying to figure out the problem with photobucket but to no sucess. Been busy with life of a very active baby, however progress of a snail here is the start of the second twin-linked rokkits. The forgeworld weaponz upgrade kit has sweet version of the rokkit launcher that i knew i would be using it in my looted collection. But am a Mek and never used the original so i modified Grot style. Removing the blast shield(who needs that anyway, lol) started making it more streamline. i knew before placing them together that i want the gas kanisters on opposite sides. But it was still to simple.

So i took an imperial guard piston link for the bulldozer i think cut it down, giving me a different and modified gas kanister look to the weapon.

Where my first rokkit sat together tightly, but with these the front part is wider leaving a small but noticable gap, so i had to fill in the space it also gave me a good place to put a gun sightz in the middle. For cables the marine plasma cabling and i used the cable from the mek burna sprue mega blaster. Added a little detail to the modified kanister and i think the gun is complete for now until i put the buggy together and put the gun on top. Also the configuration of the gun having two handles gives another dimension to the grot gunner using two hands.




The actual gun is bigger compared to the other one being more bulky than the first, but still has the desired effect. May make the platform more of a crows nest than the first. but still having a lootas horde.

You just need another buggy for those rokkits, looks very impressive mate, as ppl have said i cant wait to see them painted, keep up the good work man tanks soon?
