Your scheme is looking really strong. Do you have any plans to pick out some of the details in the future?

Probably not, apart from the eyes, depends on the new models. I could probably airbrush power-ish blades in a different way (like the mono's green).
The point with this army was to be quickly operational (ie painted) with a good "mass look" I'm quite happy, check the post above.
I spent a lot of time on thinking about the ratio details/time and I concluded that doing the eyes (ie 4 steps) was the only thing needed besides airbrush layers. I thought this scheme in terms of colour "balance" more than anything else.
Btw you can see on this picture that most of my minis aren't as blue as the first ones i posted (you can spot these within though).

Hey, it's been a while but recent fatherhood + running a Blood Bowl league doesn't help. Anyway here are my teslamortals:
In the meantime I celebrated a landmark Bday and friends got me my own airbrush+compressor. This one has a tank and this is great as it allows more control on flow pressure and stops a lot of the little spots I had with my club's airbrush, which I now know were caused by inappropriate pressure.
My command/anni barge is waiting for decent weather to be photographed.

Those Crons are trippy, but well executed!

Very simple, but it works very well, I really like this sheme, the army looks amazing on the table.
Dark Moon Kabal
The biggest Dark Eldar Kabal ever! Don't hesitate to take a look.
My Eldar Facebook Page, feel free to join. All Eldar factions allowed!
These Necron are fantastic! I especially like the glow effect you've done around they're eyes, and it's really nice to see another non-metallic Necron army![]()
Very nice airbrush work and a really creative and different color scheme. Well done!
My only nitpick would be there's no contrast between parts. A diluted wash (old or new washes, really doesn't matter which) would do a world of good in creating some definition. Maybe even getting into some of those panel lines with a technical pen (or blacklining with very thinned down black or ink). Using a wash that's diluted will keep most of the bright and lighter colors without dulling them down too much. Definitely do a test model or two first though before trying it on a whole squad at a time
Again, nicely done and look forward to seeing how you work that disco ball into the monolith.
Later!
That's exactly the the aim, they're meant to be only played after all. See:
(don't worry, I'm still hoping to put a disoball on the monolith :-))
@ Sukigod I think that adding a wash to some parts is a relevant idea but not worth the time (especially now that most of my infantry is painted), it wouldn't impact the "table aspect" of my army very much.
Apart from the barge that is already painted what I'm painting next is a bundle of infantry stuff including Puppetswar wraiths (simplistic models fit this color scheme great), a few teslamortals, my destroyer lord and some lazy made crypteks (lychguard with rods of covenant and deathmark's heads, they look really great but are a bit tall for their statline).
Thanks for your comments anyway.

Crypteks :
The solar pulse (or any special item) this guy's carrying is a part of the lychgard's "belt".
