Optimus had taken his scorpion form and was lurking in the roof above the unsuspecting skink, which now had taken the form of a fenbeast. Optimus let go to assault the beast from above but the skink was not slow to act, he lifted his massive hand and slammed Optimus away into a cave wall. Optimus cursed to himself, he had been careless. He took a more cautious stance and the two circled each other for a while, neither finding an opening. The robotic form of Optimus once again launched itself against the fenbeast which this time had his dirty claws harmlessly glance off the robots iron shell. Seeing that the skink was failing Optimus moved in for the kill, snapping the fenbeasts "skull" with his mighty claws and then tearing asunder the skink corpse piece by piece.

Turn 1: Scorpion charge, 2 hits, no wounds, fenbeast 3 hits, 2 wounds. Scorpion loses with 1 and takes no damage being an undead construction.
Turn 2: Scorpion makes 1 poisoned hit and 3 normal, normal fails to wound, poisoned is regenerated. Fenbeast gets 1 hit which fails to wound.
Turn 3: Scorpion gets 1 hit, 1 wound, it's not regenerated. Fenbeast gets 2 hits but no wound. Fenbeast loses with one and takes an additional wound.
Turn 4: Scorp gets 3 hits, 2 wounds, neither is regenerated. Dead Fenbeast.

Optimus Primal saw the mighty creature swoop down on him, it didn't hurt much and he probably made at least as much mess back to it but still. The damn thing was anoying. Optimus Primal had a plan though, he put his tank form on as much jet power as possible, drove quickly up the edge and let go of the gas at the top, falling down on the Necrosphinx and crushing it.

Turn by turn:
Shoot: Cannon falls short getting a two on both rolls and thus failing to traverse the 6 inches between wished destination and the Sphinx.
Turn 1: Tank builds up 5 steampoints. Necrosphinx charges, 3 hits, 2 wounds, 1 saved. Tank grinds 10 hits, 2 wounds.
Turn 2: Steam 4. Necro hits 4 times, 2 wounds, 1 saved, Grinds 8 hits, no wounds.
Turn 3: Steam 4, Necro gets 4 hits, 1 wound, saved. Grinds 11 hits, 6 wounds. Dead Sphinx.

Optimus fired his cannon against the lumbering monstrosity of a halfling, wounding him. This apparently made the halfling rushed forwards and started yelling at him. The halfling threw insult after insult and Optimus just felt more and more weird. Wasn't this supposed to be a fight? Had he shot the wrong guy? Then it hit him. It referring to the massive club Nigel was using. Parts of Optimus flew all over the place and he tried to pick himself together but to no avail as the second blow from the halfling came, crushing poor Optimus Completely.

Turn by turn guide:
Shoot: Hits but does not bounce (not that it matters) causes a wound which is not multiplied (rolling a 1 on the d6 for number of wounds)
Turn 1: Generates 5SP. Nigel charges and yells and bawls, steamtank unbreakable
Turn 2: Generates 5SP. Yell and Bawl, Steamtank Unbreakable
Turn 3: Generates 5SP. Yell and Bawl, Steamtank Unbreakable
Turn 4: Generates 5SP. Nigel thumps with club, causes 9 wounds, 2 are saved by the amulet and Optimus receives the reward for first successful save by the magical amulet. Tank grinds, 10 hits, 5 wounds, amulet back to its useless self.
Turn 5: Tank fails to generate the single steampoint it was hoping for. Nigel thumps in 6 wounds, one is saved but the tank is dead.

The Coatl soared towards the sphinx fire flaming from its mouth as it ripped a large boulder from the sphinx. The sphinx had no patience however and with a single blow decapitated the Coatl.

Turn by turn guide:
Shoot: Fire fails to wound.
Turn 1: Dragon wins die-off to charge. Dragon gets 3 hits, 2 wounds and one is saved by the amulet. The sphinx returns with two hits (one of them the special attack), I then roll and the special attack comes up a six, heroic killing blow.

Primal stood in his form of a mechanical scorpion, Hinii Tinii in his form of a jungle scorpion. For about a minute they stared at each other before deciding to call it a draw.

Turn 1: Hinii Tinii gets the charge, 1 hit, 1 wound. Primal strikes back with one poisoned hit and three misses. Primal loses by one but is a construct.
Turn 2: Hinii Tinii gets one poisoned hit and two normal, causing two wounds in all (one poisoned and one normal) killing Optimus Primal. But Optimus Primal strikes simultaneously getting 1 poidoned hit and two normal, both normal wound and both contestants die.

The game has had it's first draw. half a point each.
