seriously impressive PC skills. I particlarly like the 'draped' fabric you've used in places.

Amazing attention to detail with all the crates, cans and gun-cowling/tarpaulin-things.
@ Colonel Jacka = not necessarily a 'race', just a suggestion for a superheavy builder/sharing ideas/etc plog :-)
I am urgently trying to contact any living relatives of Sam 'Jock' Wilson, KIA 10.06.44, UK army service id 2764432, from Morley, West Yorkshire, England. Served with Black Watch Regiment & No.6 Commando.

Ah now thats the ticket, whats your plan for tracks though? Don't go taking em off the bench now eh?![]()
Hopefully get enough baneblade tracks and wheels to do them!
Got the 2 leviathans riveted up, however I need to make the sponson towers for the 2nd.

Tinners- my first post here, had to create a profile to tell you how awesome and inspiring these are. I am on my second scratch built tank at the moment, then I found this and I believe I need to step up my game. :-)
If you are still looking, I have a bunch of the old cast tank crew and as my AC will be all looted ork vehicles I would be willing to send them your way..
Cheers!

This is a very ambitious project Tinners.
Looks like you are making fast progress given it's size.

Could be worse, I discovered in the army list I could actually squeeze another 18 or so tanks in...

So much stowage and camo netting...
This is the basic hulls nearly complete, now that stowage and netting have been applied I can start adding rivets, etc.
Some bombards for backing up this force:

Great work with the green stuff.
I have so much trouble getting it that flat and smooth.

I just used my knife and lots of water, using it as a rolling pin.

What do you call russian goblins? Kremlins!
How is the Imperium in decline if Tinners keeps producing entire crusade armies for them? Incredible.
Tinner's,
Apparently you are eighteen tanks short.Better get cracking mate and do the rest. Wouldn't want an incomplete guard army would you.

incredible work, and on such a mass produced scale too- i'd be so bored of building by now without a shortcut like casting them. and even then i'd have given up i think.
the netting and webbing are especially nice- what have you used to press into the greenstuff for the texture?
I don't know were to start..... This blog has it all, crisp sharp plastic cart work, uniqueness, attention to detail and a crazy scale that dwarfs many other conversion projects. Really one of the best blogs I have seen in many years. Keep it up and can't wait for the next update.
cheers and thanks for the inspiration //Erik

Indeed, tempted to mainly use demolishers aswell!
Well if I do a full force chart, using the IA:Update rules, I'd need another 9 in fast support, 6 bombards and 6 trojans in heavy support..
I used a knife handle, will do a tutorial to show what I mean.
Many thanks!
