Cheers Kallus, I have to admit I really love seeing it up there as well! Painting full time is a bit of a battle with motivation, and it fuels my painting engines very nicely

Also given the amount of hatred directed towards GW (from fans a lot of the time :S) I think it's brilliant that any ember of their community can have their work put on their site - which basically exists to sell stuff, Dan who runs the blog puts in a lot of time sorting all of this stuff and it generally makes for a good read.

I've been a bit lazy with posting up Work in Progress shots recently, so here's some half-done khorne stuff (on the left will be a unit filler for bloodletters), I always like seeing what processes people use when they paint.

No problem, here's another Painting Screamers tutorial for how I painted these chaps.

Also a couple of shots of the Necrons which I've been working on:

The necron army looks amazing. Especially the crystal and portal on the monolith. Fantastic job!

Cheers Karl, I have had lots of practice on the necrons

I have written another tutorial, which is my take on How to paint rusty/chipped metal. It's done on a fantasy ary but it's great for tanks, plague marines, anyone who's had a hard time in battle really

I have done another tutorial, this one is a fairly big one - a step by step of how I painted my plaguebearers, it's fairly similar to the nurgling one but a lot a few people asked how I did them, and I had the pictures so it would have been pretty rude not to oblige!

    How to Paint Plaguebearers

Thank you DeathCat! If you've any requests for tutorials etc just let me know

Apologies for the lack of updates recently: part of what's kept me busy for the last month or so has been finishing off my own army (finally!). So I could attend a couple of tournaments, one of which I was lucky enough to win best painted, which I was really pleased with! (Sorry for square bases )

I've written a little How to Pin Models toturial guys, nothing majorly exciting, but something that I use almost daily, so maybe it'll be of some use to people. (Imagine the bases are round! )

Hello again guys, another tutorial is up: How to Paint Skyshield Landing Pad - in this I've covered how to approach painting metallics efficiently on a large scale mini such as this one (and my god is it huge!).

As ever any feedback or requests for other tutorials let me know.

    Re: Byronic's 40k painting blog

I've done a little round-robin of a blog post, briefly outlining what I've been up to over the past month: blog post linky

And I've painted some more Necrons, I do a lot of these guys, but these may be my favourite group of infantry so far, apologies for the pic not quite being good enough - the white bits throw the camera a little:

Click the pic for a bigger version

I've got some more updates to come when I can squeeze a moment, things are very busy with the store currently!

I've written a blog post about the benefits of repetition today, it even references Japanese drift racing :S

Maybe I've done a little too much repetition..
