You can easily do it yourself by picking up some Decal Paper. What are you looking to have printed?
I would be happy to print them up for you, but shipping to England is a bit steep.
You can download Sons of Orar Shoulder Pad Decals over at Bolter and Chainsword:

What problems did you have? I'll be happy to talk you through the whole process.
The ink ran on the first two, and it seems as though my inkjet printer isn't going to cut it as the red colour is patchy despite a full set of ink
Take the file to an Office Depot, or copy store of some sort and have them print it for you. That will solve the red problem. Make sure they do a test run on plain paper first so you can be sure you like it.
Then have them print, ONE AT A TIME, on the decal paper. Let them sit for 15 minutes each before contacting anything else.
Before attempting to use the decals you need to seal them. I use 3 separate coats of Testor's Dullcote. Let each coat dry completely before applying the next.
That should sort you out. Try again and if you have issues, let me know.
Guys, looking for someone in the UK who can print decals!
All the shops near me want extortionate amounts of money to print them out! and I am wasting to much money on paper/ink to keep trying to get these right
Let me know if you can, and I shall tell you what I need
Thanks
I'm in the US, but here is one thing to check. There are two types of decal paper. One for inkjet, one for laser. Make certain you have the right type of paper. The other thing to check is that the print heads on your printer are clean. That may lead to the blotchy look. Once you get a clean print on regular paper, you can try it on the decal paper.
