I think the pose of the fan and the blade are both better in A.
Have to agree, the fan looks awesome in picture A. I do like the detail on the fan in picture B but I feel the postition in A is better and also prefer the idea of a sword.

The fan in B would probably look better as part of a wing set up or something for another mini.

I like the fan from B and the Blade from A

I'd have said the fan from B, but the sword from A (in the right hand and with the hook reversed to make it more of a chopping weapon).
However, the other weapons look great too, so I'm sure this will look really fine; good luck with this.
