Thanks for the comments guys, glad your liking the spider
I finished off the last four Immortals today-
That takes care of the last of the 'loose end' models, now I can get started on some tanks!
All C&C welcome.

Blue armour looks absoultely awesome. Gonna try that on a vampire... Don't like the idea of metallic armours on vamps xD

Tolkein, you sir are a boss!
Righty, things are progressing slowly, sorry about that, I've been ill so I've not been up to much. I made a start on the Barge today though.
As you can see it's still very much a work in progress, the back still needs highlighted and the whole thing needs tidied up but after that there really isn’t much left to do on the main body of the Barge.
All C&C welcome.
Looks nice - even though you say it needs tidying up, compared to early pictures of your style, you have really started to nail the effect - I am looking forward to seeing it finished.
The Inquisition - from nothing to something log! Update 15th September 2012 - Ordo Malleus Inquisitor progressed- Project on ICE !

I agree with Commandojimbob - there is much less to tidy up than there was on your earlier Necrons. The thing itself looks very nice and it must have taken ages to get all those edges painted. Out of curiousity: why did you go for a brass-orb in the back of the barque and not for a red one?
Thanks guys, it's nice to hear that my painting is improving.
@Dezmord - I painted the orb brass instead of red quite simply because I'm a bit sick if red orbs, they look horrible on the Canoptek stuff but there was nothing else I could really do with those.
I had an apocalypse battle today, it didn't go my way, but I managed to get a full army photo.
And my friend used a Warhound Titan that he made completely out of paper! Pretty impressive right ?!
I also dug out my old high school army, Orks! I'll be doing a few little projects for them over the next few months as well as my Necrons, so here's another army photo.
I'm not sure if I'll give them a log of their own because I'm not sure how much more I'll actually do to them.
All C&C welcome.

Thats a very cool armyshot!
About the orbs: I've always been a fan of your red orbs and I think they look fantastic in the oics of you Canoptech-stuff!
Great army shot, the force looks even better all out together. I too like your red orbs.
Thanks guys, I'm glad you like the red so much, I'll make sure to add some to the driver/gunner
I have to be honest, after looking back at the full army photos I'm a little disappointed with my progress. I'd like to think that after the amount of time I've spent on this army that it would be a fair bit bigger.
Unfortunately my computer has a nasty virus and has gone into total lockdown, I can't access any site that requires a password (I had no idea a computer could even do that until now). So I'm having to use my phone which won't let me post pictures, but the main body of the Annihilation Barge is now done and I'm about to start work on the driver/gunner. I also got my hands on a Doom/Night Scythe (I'm going for a Night Scythe) that I'll be assembling soon. I'm also planning to start modernising my Killa Kan squad, would anyone like to see how that progresses?

I would like to see the Killa Kans for sure!

Merry Christmas Warseer! You won't believe it but I actually have an update for my Necron blog! Here's what Santa brought for me.
And I've had this thing sitting around for a little while now.
And I finally finished painting the Annihilation Barge! It only took me 7 months to build and paint!
All C&C welcome.
Ah, good job on the Barque. Judging from the Nightscythe it looks like you're going all the way in avoiding Necron-drivers![]()
The Barge indeed is looking spectacular.

Very nice army this, love yor crisp paint scheme
Happiness is having an alibi and a big backyard to bury the bodies
Nice simple conversion on the Night Scythe - definitely an improvement.
CURRENT PROJECT LOGS:
Massive Tyranid Revamp! - Themed Eldar Army Log - Beer, Guns and Dinosaurs: Catachan
Jungle Terrain Board - Converted Squat Army
I think the Flayers could do with more blood and gore, but other than that everything looks ace.
Black Legion - 0-5-1
At some point, somebody will feel my fury!
Wow, I don't think I've ever had this many comments after a post before! I'm glad everyone likes my Necron's![]()
@Dezmord: Right you are, I love the Doom/Night Scythe model but the driver poking his head out ruins it for me, so I had to cover up the crew compartment.
@DarkSoldier: I had the same thought, but I'm really not very good at painting blood, and I don't have any intention of actually using them in games so they keep getting pushed to the back of my to-do list.
Oh, and I just noticed the Barge driver has a nasty big blood red line across the side of his head! I better get that tidied up. Then it's painting time for the Night Scythe!
That barge is damn amazing!
