Personally I say we ignore the faq about using special abilities/wargear from open and closed vehicles - like I said if anyone has any problem with this please let me know as I'm open to discussion!

Ok, well I will say for the record that I disagree with this decision, but I'm happy to leave it there and just get on with it. My vehicles end up hitting my own forces so much I doubt it would make much difference.

Mr. Cook, don't disagree! Otherwise our beloved Psyker Battle Squads will be left in the awkward position of being able to fry their opponent's brains from inside their Chimera, but not able to make them a bit scared unless they get out. Which seems a bit silly!

Well, psychic powers are specifically excepted; see below. However even if they weren't, I would still be prepared to take one on the chin for consistency's sake...

The thing is, mind in the machine is a bit of an anomaly in the sense that I cant think of anything that works the same, also it's is almost identical to weaken resolve in that it is not a shooting attack and it still needs Los and is used in the shooting phase. The only difference is that weaken resolve is a psychic power.

Sorry to be a pain, but I'm now thoroughly confused, does the current interpretation that we're using for the tournament mean that Blood angels can receive the Sang. Priest bonus if the priest is embarked on a transport (and the unit in question isn't)? This has usually been the case before, but I just wanna check.
