    Hello Kitty Necrons

This project has been in the works for years but with the release of the new codex it was time to make a playable army.

    Warrior Squads:

Each unit has a different bow color.

    Overlord:

Gauntlet of Fire and Res Orb

    C'tan Shard:

    Scarabs:

    Monolith:

    Wraiths:

    Destroyers WIP:

More pics and WIP pics here: http://s136.photobucket.com/albums/q...ud/Kittycrons/

I have plans for teddy bear flayed ones and winged Praetoreans. I'm not going for an uber-win list but more of an "OMG WTF is that?" reaction.

Wow. That's dedication! I laughed pretty hard when I saw the "monolith"
The great thing about the dwarves is that, even though there's this comic element, when they fight - they really fight!

Ha ha ha. Brilliant. And hideous. I like the wraiths best. Imagine how humiliating it would be to be killed by these guys!
    ... and then I won.

Assuming the rest of the army is as well realised, mission accomplished!

The wraiths and monolith are hilarious
Trying to convince Warseer that GW are anything less than perfect is like trying to teach a horde of zombies that lettuce is a perfectly acceptable alternative to brains.

Great Gods of Chaos... that is a wild army. Twisted and Hilarious all in one breath. Takes stones to do something like that, and kudos to you.

These are the best Necrons I've ever seen! Just disturbingly cute!

I can't wait to see what you do with the rest of the units!

Its So Bad, It's good. Necrons are supposed to be disturbing and you definitely managed to nail the disturbing part, though not entirely the way Matt intended I guess.
I especially like the flower wraiths.

    +1

I definitely got some strange looks from my co-workers when I opened this thread. The fact that the wraiths look vaguely depressed over their flower paint job only makes the whole thing even funnier.

    Re: Hello Kitty Necrons

LOL. This seems great to me. Those wraiths should totally have a 2+ cover save in forests. The big question on my mind though is how the monolith could be attacked. In city fight you might mistake it for a building until its too late.

These are perilous times indeed. Fun, vibrant, perilous times.

Does this mean Trayzen the Infinite hoards mountains of anime plushies too?
