for red i use vallejo model color and some orange-colors. from gw i use the metallics and some inks and for my flesh-paintings i prefer gw dark flesh as basetone.

i am in bad voeslau, so katzelsdorf is not far away, sia too. so i guess i will play the most time in katzelsdorf and at home or with the other guys in an other home (sia or someone else )

I am starting to lobby my old fart opponents to try out the game. I don't plan to buy the rules etc, until I can find one willing fish....I mean opponent to try out Saga.

Got PLENTY of useable minies to use as standins.

i had a demo game of saga at a recent games show and really like the way it played. i now want to get some minis not sure about vikings or anglo danish

SAGA is a Dark Ages skirmish game published by Gripping Beast. Here is a review of the rules. If you go to the Ancients or Medieval sections of TMP you will find some After Action Reports.

The game looks to be gaining in popularity amongst the Historical types.
