What do you guys use for NPC's during your games?

Also I have read in some forums that many of you use so called "Russian plastic models", but i havent found any links to where they can be found.

Search for "Insurgents 54mm" on ebay and they'll come up. A seller called acrobat23 normally has a few for sale (8 available at time of posting) plus some other 54mm models

The quality isn't terrible, but it's noticeably worse than most 54mm models out there, so many people tend to convert them heavily - but they're cheap, hence their utility as NPCs
