The appendix at the back of the Rulebook indeed doesnt say that the CCB is a chariot. But to be fair it doesnt even list an abbreviation for chariots in the legend so if the faq mentions it then its probably correct.

I haven't seen any posts about this but here goes. Now this is strange at best and unfair at worst.
In the appendices at the back the stormraven is listed under the Space Marine Codex and not under the Grey Knights or Blood Angels.
What's that about?

Sometimes I actually do stuff and occasionally even take pictures of the result.
Well this doesn't surprise me. For quite a while the Land Raider Crusader was Black Templar only. It's only a matter of time before Storm Ravens are sporting every Chapter colour and insignia. As for the Blood Angel and Grey Knight icons? {shrug}
I'm still waiting for the Baal Predator to see full deployment among all Chapters...
Apologies for the dumb question, but is there a pts restriction to allied detachments? I remember hearing about a 25% restriction before the book dropped, but now it just looks like it's the force org restriction (min 1 HQ/Troop, optional Troop, Elite, Fast, Heavy)
Thanks
None that i have read anywhere, just a FOC restriction...
Thanks guys...thats changes my plans...a lot
Totally didn't know about the lack of a points restriction. That opens up a few more options.
It's conservation of space. None of the other Space Marine (or Sisters) vehicle sections of the table have an entry for Rhino, either.
As such, I wouldn't allow Space Marines to field them (yet) unless they get added by an FAQ to the actual codex. Though, as Gorsameth points out, it seems incredibly likely that their next codex will have access to them.
So can some one elaborate for me about the Leman Russes? The IG codex rule Allows the tank to fire all weapons up to 6 inches. and this is based on your normal BS skill.. does this new rule for the movement of vehicles makes them snap shots? Cause that would be BS.. cause tanks got Nerfed... and im pissed.... way to easy to kill a tank..thats crap.. Anyway at my hobby shop we used the old rule because we all know the Codex superseeds the big book. So we agreed it was meant to fire all weapons... other wise its pointless rulle and doesnt really balance anything out.
Leman Russ is a normal vehicle, so stationary all weapons at BS, Combat speed 1 weapon at BS, rest at Snapfire. Of course Ordinance also means all other weapons fire at snapfire as well. Blast weapons cannot snapfire, so I guess a nerf on Executioners?
Plus side, Immobilized results on squadrons no longer kill the tank, they give you the option to leave the immobilized tank behind as a separate unit.

First, Lumbering Behemoth does not allow you to fire all weapons when you move up to 6". It allows you to fire the Turret weapon along with any weapon(s) you are normally allowed to fire when Stationary or moving at Combat Speed. This includes firing Ordnance Turret weapon and other weapons, which you could not do in 5th Edition.
It needs errata since you can now fire all weapons at Combat Speed, except only one is at full BS and the rest are Snap Fire. I would expect it to mean that you could fire the Turret weapon at full BS along with other weapons as indicated by your speed when Stationary or at Cruising Speed, which would mean a stationary Leman Russ could fire every weapon with full BS.

If codex still overrules rule book it's turret weapon plus whatever the rule book allows. Doesn't say anything to the contrary in the FAQ as far as I can see.
