I thought it would've this week, but sadly not. And I know it won't be next week either unfortunately. This Monday is a bank holiday anyway, I'll have to check if the Brit will be open then.

    Re: Into the Underhive!

Friday is a bank holiday too, and I don't work on Tuesday or Thursday either! Long weekend!
I've been distracted by other wargames right now. I did start a Retribution army for Warmachine but when the club moved from the shop to the Brit the people whom played that stopped showing up. Grr, started an army (two actually, I started to expand the Khador force I got in the two player battle box) and now I have no battle to fight! Well, not in Immoren anyway.
I also started Malifaux and have a Guild Death Marshals crew led by the lethal Lady Justice! And when I say lethal I mean it, LETHAL! Once she gets into a fight it'd be stupid to place a bet against her.
Also I've been on and off putting together Empire models for a while now but nothing really substantial enough to warrant an update to my other plog.

So many different tabletop games. So little time

Have you at least spoken to some of the necromunda players or are they all busy filling their gullets with beer instead of gaming?

    Re: Into the Underhive!

Jim and Rupert show up but a load of people seem to have taken a liking to Flames of War, a world war 2 wargame. I'm not so interested in historical gaming myself so I've been playing Malifaux!

Updates, well if I've got this right then here's some of the other gangs I fought against in the campaign. A Chaos Cult dedicated to Tzeentch Their leader is the winged dude!), Rupert's Enforcers from Precinct 616 and Jim's custom house gang, Sergeant Stone's squad. All these gangs were in the final game, JIm's gang wiped all my girls out and killed Jazz and Charisma!
That gang killed about 5 of my gang members!

    Ah, neato!

Which rules did he use for his chaos cult? As far as I know there arent any rules for one are there? Unless he used scavy rules... The leader sure seems to be a mutant

    Re: Into the Underhive!

No, there are Chaos Cult gang rules. I'm pretty sure you can get them off the library section of Yakromunda, they're just the Redemptionist gang rules with some tweaking done and a table detailing gifts and mutations. I'm pretty sure haemaphrodite is one of the mutations!
But it's weird seeing berserk guys in a Tzeentch gang, kinda going against the fluff there.

    Re: Into the Underhive!

Oh woah! Those rules are AWESOME!!!

One of our gamers (Dennis, the one missing from Yakromunda) actually has a chaos cult, fluffwise He basicly carries a deamonicly possessed sword (power sword ingame) I think il present the rules to him and see if hes interested in playing them

On another note have you guys ever played with a Wyrd? Niels has found the datasheat and I must it sounds like a lot of fun to include one Of our group he probably also has the most profitable terretories so would have no trouble forking over the 25 credits each game

Oh and sorry to hijack it further but what do they mean with outlawed gangs? Still trying to figure that one out

    Re: Into the Underhive!

I never tried a Wyrd, most of the time Savage Dominion never really got a big haul of income and when I did it usually went into buying new gear for my girls. To be honest there wasn't much hiring of Hired Guns during our campaign. Rupert's gang started with a Bounty Hunter (his Van Saars, not his Enforcers) and I hired a Ratskin Scout and that was about it I think.
The Chaos Cultist's leader had psychic powers though and he was lucky enough to get the Melta power! Very nasty!

Outlaw rules were introduced in the Outlander supplement many years ago. Basically the gang becomes criminals and they lose all territories except one (their hideout) and they can't go to the regular trading post, instead going to the Outlaw Trading post. Things get a lot harder as the gang members have to forage for food and there's even rules for starvation. Yes, things are bad if you become outlawed!
Scavvies, Redemptionists, Ratskin Renegades and Pit Slave bands all used to start as Outlaws, now I think it's just more likely for them to become outlaws.

    Re: Into the Underhive!

Oh I know the lack in income trouble very well...

About the bounty hunter, did he ever capture anyone? One of our group was looking into getting one but he thought the price was abit to steep. He also wants to get a one in a million heavy bolter first so hes stockpiling his cash

Also if renegades never get money how are they supposed to get any income?

    Oh really?!

My club is going to be using the old outlanders rulebook for our campaign, so where are these new rules, on yakromunda?

Or is it amongst the PDF's on the GW website?

    Re: Into the Underhive!

Uhhh, I'm not 100 percent sure Andy P! If you're using the original rules I'd suggest trying to find an Outlander rulebook off eBay or the big yellow Necromunda book that has the rules, sourcebook and outlanders all rolled into one. However I've never seen that with my eyes. Only ever heard of it.

I haven't checked the PDF's on the GW site for a while but Yakromunda will almost certainly have it I reckon. They have most other stuff but it's just looking at the imaginative article titles and trying to figure out which one you need!
I think the Ratskins PDF on the GW site has the Outlaw trading post though.

Demo- Outlaw gangs forage and scavenge around for food, I don't know how they find money but I'm certain there's a way. You can actually buy off your outlaw status if you can manage to gather the credits. The bounty hunter wasn't in my gang and I don't know if he ever captured anyone. I guess Rupert was using him to give his gang an initial edge to start off with. Eventually when his gang was getting good on their own he fired the bounty hunter.
Fun fact, he was using the old Tallarn Imperial Guard lieutenant model to represent him! Worked really well too I reckon.

I'm sorry Demo, I genuinely do not know when the new campaign is starting! I thought it would the start of April but didn't go through!
I'll ask about next Monday between drinks and wargaming (playing Malifaux a lot these days).
