bashers necrons

so i have a few necrons



about 8000pts old dex and now i'm going to add to them.So when the new book came out i went a bit mad and bought a fair bit to add to what i have

i've already done a couple off bits the doomsday ark





and imotek



This guy was pain, he was my third one.Had to go twenty miles and look through a ton of blisters till i found one that wasn't to bad he looks like he's crushing his staff and after i'd painted him the two bits that hang from his cloak snapped off

Did these guys back in november and i have been painting other stuff for the last few weeks.But now i've gone back and i'm not sure about the green i like the shade but not sure about the amount i've used could have done with more silver.

So things to come



Going to do this as a command barge now found it a lot more usefull than the annihilation barge



As you can see the staff on the finecast over lord has snapped of couldn't be bothered replacing him so i've made a new one for him

a quick WIP off what i'm working on at the momment some lychguard they've ended up very much like the GW paint scheam not what i was after but they dont look to bad so i will continue on with them

Really nice looking, would you like to give us the recipe for your color scheme?

if i can rememmber of the top of my head

base; p3 gnarls green
wash; watered down badab black dont leave any pooling
then i go around the edges with vallejo gamecolour sick green

the bronze is vallejo bronze
very lightly drybrushed with a 50/50 mix of bronze and old gold(vallejo)
then line the edges with old gold

Nah, it just appears that way cause they are on grey bases on a grey table I see now!
