Lovely cult you have here. The German cars have a real "Axis of evil" feel to them, which obviously fits really well here. Love evrything here, retro, purple and downright cool!

I see that The Purple Dudes have made a new publicity still.

I really like the Tyrant Guardstealers, especially the one who bursts through the floor. Very dramatic and kinetic and stuff.

The Wacky Races limousines look really cool, too.

Now, admittedly, they look much the same as the Hormagaunt Purple dudes; and this I blame on over-zealous use of Badab Black.
They are slightly different though:

These guys have Genestealer Purple robes, which are slightly more distinctive than the Lucius Lilac ones.

Absolutely loving this. Got a thing for good retro models (being a WHQ player, I'd have to...) and I remember seeing the Genestealer Cult list in a journal way back when. The limos did it for me - completely inappropriate for battlefields where Leman Russ and Land Raiders are running around, but astoundingly cool and funny. Have to say, the patriarch on throne is probably one of my favourite models ever, but I think it went out of production early in my hobby-career, so never had a chance to get one. The whole idea of Cults is great as well, with children taking psychic control of parents and family, then becoming more Genestealer like in each generation. Ah, them's the good ol' days...

Also, looked at the Victoria Lamb site's gallery, and amazed at how many of those models I have seen and remember, from almost 15 years ago. This woman is an incredible painter, and makes some quality sculpts as well. Shame I live other side of the world...
