The Bloody Rose

Hi fellow Warseerers!

I'm and Eldar player that last Xmas wasn't able to resist to the temptations of the Dark Side and bougth a Dark Eldar Megaforce as a starting point for my second army.

This is also a kind of restart from a hobby / painting point of view because I was nerver able to paint any of my Eldar models from start to finish. So this time around I will do think in small chunks, trying to paint a complete model / unit before moving on to the next one.

The color scheme of the army will be the on of the Kabal of the Obsidian Rose (ar an approximation of it)

I decided to start with a 500pt list and to move on to 1000pt after those first units are complete (or at lest ready to play)

1x Hammie, Liquifier, Venom Blade @65
8x Wyches, Hekatrix, Agoniser @110
1x Raider, DL, FF @70

5x Warriors, Blaster @60
1x Raider, DL, FF @70

5x Wracks, Liquifier @60
1x Venom, Splinter Cannon @65

Today, after many trials and false starts, I started to paint the first Raider.

I was able to complete the airbrush work on the main hull:



The pics are a bit dark sorry :\

This is the first model i painted with an airbrush so any comments and suggestion will be much appreciated!
