If my opponent has a line of vehicles which obviously means that the 2nd/3rd and so on vehicles are most likely obscured by the 1st vehicle in the line. Does the opponent gain cover saves from blood lance?

1. Necrons - 4,000 pts
2. Grey Knights - 3,900 pts
3. Ultramarines - 3,800 pts
It is a psychic shooting attack. Normally the 2nd etc. targets would receive a cover save, unless there is something in the power itself that specifies otherwise.
I suggest you have a look at a Blood Angels codex.
