My Tomb Kings and other future projects

Ok I'm back again to try and start another plog. This at first will contain mainly my Tomb Kings army that I'm getting ready for a tournament in July. It's about 90% built but about 5% painted at the moment. I'm going to start off the log with my almost completed Heirotitan. Just finished the arms today and I have a few small places to touch up. Once I find a better way to take pictures I'll have them to show. Eventually I hope to have my other armies to show. Currently I have:

    Tomb Kings
    Vampire Counts/Army of the Lichemaster
    Zombie Pirates
    Night Goblins
    Forest Goblins
    Skaven (Pestilen Themed)
    High Elves (Phoenix Themed)

That thing is amazing! Love the conversion and the sick amount of stuff you used for it from so many different kits!

Ok, I'm still having a difficult time taking photos. I really want to get some stuff up to show so I can mark my progress so there will be some sub-par pictures for a little while. Anyways, here is my chariot unit champion still a work in progress.

And also a small piece of my converted casket (although this part isn't converted at all :P).

I know the chariot looks like its blue and white but my main theme colors are Liche Purple and Skull White, the pictures just arn't doing what I want them to do. Hope you like them.

Wow, cool hierotitan, and I really like Your Chariot unit champion. Maybe instead of white fur You can paint lions like GW sphinx body or pure gold (living beings in TK army just don't fit, but that is just my opinion ). Great job anyway
My Bretonnians , my other stuff and my terrains

Champion?? That's a chariot fit for a king!!
In victory, thy glory on earth
In death, thy glory in heaven
    Arise, therefore, Warrior!
With thy Soul ready to fight!

Thanks for all the feedback everyone! I'm starting to lose steam painting, but hopefully in the next couple of days I can get back on track. It's bright sunny day oustside so I thought it would be an optimal time to take some pictures of my Tomb Kings and a few other things.

First off my Necrosphinx convertion. Not much going on, just a face swap and the falcon crest was added.

Next up is my Casket of Souls. Just needing a finished paintjob.

Non Tomb Kings realated is my Rat Ogre Breaker and mounted warlord. This Rat ogre is based off of an old white dwarf conversion for a chimerarat.

And also my Skaven BSB with the Sacred Banner of the Great Horned Rat.

Still going with the update are some Vampire Counts/Army of the Lichemaster convertions. First off my Black Coach/Barrow King.

I made these next three long before I knew anything about hexwraiths, but now that they are in the vampire counts book the models I made fit the bill very nicely.

I still have a lot more to show but hopefully next time I post some pictures they will be of some fully painted Tomb Kings models.

Ok I'm back but not with a painting update just yet. Instead I have some pictures of a new army I picked up from a friend last week. He has had this army for a very long time and got turned off of warhammer when 8th edition came out. He needed some cash so I got them for a VERY good deal. This lizardman army counts for my eighth army now . Here is what I acquired:

    2 Lord Kroaks
    1 Slann
    1 Krog-Gar
    1 Tehenhauin
    1 Saurus Oldblood/Scar Veteran
1 Saurus Scar Verteran on Cold One
    2 Metal Skink Chiefs
    1 Plastic Skink Chief
    3 Metal Skink Priests
    1 Plastic Skink Priest
54 Old Plastic Saurus Warriors with 2 sets of old metal saurus command
    24 New Plastic Saurus Warriors
54 Old Plastic Skinks with 2 sets of old metal command (well missing a standard bearer)
    6 Old Metal Skinks
    4 Old Metal Kroxigors
    6 Chameleon Skinks
    19 Cold One Riders
21 Old Metal Temple Guard with Command
3 Old Metal Stegadons (one with missing crew and other howda bits)
    1 New Plastic Stegadon
    1 Old Metal Salamander
    2 New Salamanders

    Images continued...

I've always liked Lizardmen a lot so I'm super excited to get to work on these old models. I've already stripped quite a few of their old paint jobs and have been green stuffing a few of those to get ready for primer. I really should be focusing on my Tomb Kings right now but it's sooooo hard to not put time into this new army.

I like the chariot a lot and the idea of the floating hex wraiths is great.

Re: My Tomb Kings and other future projects

Alright guys its been a while and I've done a bit of work but I have to take some pictures first. I do have a question though. Well it's more like I need some inspiration or an idea. So I have eight metal casket guard just sitting around. I ordered them off of the old GW website back when you could get single bits. I had the crazy idea of having my own made up unit of great weapon tomb guard but never got comfortable making up my own rules for them. Since then they have just sat in my bits box not doing a damn thing. What do you think I could use them for? Even some kind of crazy conversion could be possible, but with the units in the book that I have to work with I can't seem to find a good fit for them. I am trying to bulk up a unit of the old metal tomb guard I have, but the casket guard don't exactly fit in with their giant swords. Any ideas would be appreciated !

P.S.- I'll also try to get some pictures of my painted hierotitan and other models posted here soon.
