I know this sounds stupid but I need to ask

The description of the armor mentions its a heavy armour that makes him resistant to magic.

Does it also give him +2 D?

As its heavy armour, yes Note that it replaces any armour he already has (if any). So for example if he had armour, he would only gain +1D for the Heavy armour (-1 for taking off the armour, +2 for heavy armour)

Ah k, just wanted to make sure, in the new Free Peoples sourcebook his profile is list as D5 but his wargear only lists a Elven Blade so I guess it's +2.
