That is a very nice color scheme, very striking and still it retains it's chaosy/nurgly feel to it. How did you get the base color, is that normal bleached bone you used there? Only asking as I am currently also trying to paint up some deathguard (though, I'm a traditionalist and am going for green/white-ish) but not sure if I should leave the white bit mroe to the white or the weathered light beige colors.

    Long time, no see!
Wow, those look seriously stunning mate.
Loving the conversions and the bold colours look great.

And no Hawk Turquoise to be seen? Or is it in the shading?

    Will be following this one.

Re: RedTerror Returns, and brings the Death Guard

    I'm back!!!

After a bit of a Hiatus from my Nurgle (Built a 3000pt SM Minotaur army), a combination of the new rules, new deamons on the way and my love for those cheeky little nurglings has pulled me back to them.

So with this rush of nurgle love im hoping to get my Deamon and death guard armies finished(well as finished as an army ca be).

First up is some of the completed elemants of the Deamon army:

    Epidemius:

    Mamon:

    Mamons Jacuzzi:

    Herald:

    Plaguebearers:

    Nurglings:

    Blight Drone:

the armies based around the idea of deamons using mortal technology to stay in the mortal realm for longer, and nearly everything has some kind of mechanical conversion.

Got a whole box of assembled and/or undercoated models so will get some shots of them up later today. Hope you enjoy

Forge World thanks you for your patronage.

Love those flies as beasts of nurgle. How did you convert them? Never been a Nurgle fan myself so I apologize if those are standard models.
    All the best.

    Two FW Great Unclean Ones?!

Everything is looking super, I love how bold and garish you are making the colours, and yet still so grimy as Nurgle's children should be.

I bet you are pleased with the new Daemon plastics?

The flies where made from the WFB Goblin Spiderriders with plasticard wings(these were given a layer of super glue then immediately dipped in water to get the grainy effect). Honestly the idea came from someone elses project log a couple of years ago, but for he life of me cant remember the name of the genius behind it.

Thanks Mr Feral, your plog has been somewhat of an inspiration

The more I look at the new plastics the more I love them, especially the nurglings. They look like mischevious little slimeballs, playing tricks and mooning people. Whats not to love.

Already ordered a couple of boxes, as well as a dreadknight in order to make a decimator!

fantastic looking army here dude, I love the mechanical parts that you have mixed into the plague bearers and Epidemius gives them a really nice theme.

Beast of nurgle conversions are ace really original, are they using the spiders from the goblin spider riders kit?

    looking forward to seeing more

Looking good redterror & I rememeber your old Nurgle Daemon force. How are you find the new rules & allies rules? You will need to get a photo of the army as a whole.

Also you ask about seal in the FW weather powder. MIG Pigment fixer work well & can be bought in Wounderland model store. I use this on my own Iron Warriors Rhinos & since April? The poweder still as good/not came off my Rhinos.
